These are scans of an old newspaper. The barn/stable/theather stood on the northside of Delaware St, east of the First National Bank. It was built to be used as a stable.

The Jewell Kansas stable when used as a theater. The cars suggest it was taken in the teens (1910 time period). It later burned down.
